offers a unique and immersive opportunity for participants to explore cutting-edge tools and techniques in data sharing, analysis, visualization, and simulation within the field of neuroscience.
This program will introduce participants to the principles of FAIR neuroscience (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, and Reusable data) and provide a comprehensive overview of the EBRAINS Research Infrastructure. Attendees will gain valuable insight into the ecosystem of tools and services designed to support open and reproducible neuroscience research.
What to Expect
The workshop features a series of hands-on tutorials and interactive sessions, including:
- Electrophysiology data analysis using the Neo and Elephant toolkits
- Atlas-based data navigation with the Siibra Tool Suite and Voluba
- Neural simulations with NEST and NEST Desktop
In addition, the program will include an introductory Python programming tutorial tailored specifically for neuroscientists, making it ideal for researchers new to coding or looking to strengthen their skills.
